    first marked E.Priora, c.1915, plain rectangular form, weight 215gm, 12cm x 7.5cm x 1.5cm; second marked Hardy Bros, c.1930, engine turned, weight 240gm, 15cm x 8cm x .5cm; third marked E Harrop, c.1933, presentation signatures, weight 80gm, 8cm x 7cm x .5cm; fourth marked Sterling 925, c.1930, with applied lion crest, weight 80gm, 8cm x 8cm x 1cm, (4)
  • Provenance:
    Purchased: Part Rushtons Auctions, Sydney, 1987, with original Eggleton Notes
  • Notes:
    E.Priora worked between 1911 and 1930 and made a pectoral cross for the Archbishop of Hobart which was displayed in the exhibition of Treasures from Australian Churches in the National Gallery in Melbourne in 1985.
