• Notes:
  The artist is almost certainly the same as the one identified as 'Nicholas' in three painting collected by DR Stuart Scougall in 1960 and gifted to the Art Gallery of New South Wales, Sydney. These are illustrated in Hetti Perkins, Crossing Country Country: The Alchemy of Western Arnhem Land Art, Art Gallery of New South Wales, Sydney, 2004, p. 41-42
