[1884?] Portrait frontis, 7 plates, 40 coloured diagrams, xxxii,332pp., advertisement endpapers and 64pp.price list and illustrated catalogue for Burroughes and Watts dated 1885. 8vo., publisher's green cloth gilt with vignette of players on front board.
