One of 1,450 numbered sets printed at the Cambridge University Press on Van Gelder handmade paper by Walter Lewis, with tipped-in collotype illustrations chosen by Geoffrey Keynes and printed at the Chiswick Press. Ornaments designed by Douglas Percy Bliss.
