  portrait miniature of a young woman, oil on panel, signed and dated 1953, in gilt frame under convex glass, faded red/brown velvet back and strut. 100 x 78.
• Notes:
  E.M. White was a noted miniature artist of Christchurch, first member of N.Z. Society of Miniaturists and an exhibitor at the Royal Academy, London, where she was the first New Zealander to exhibit a miniature, she exhibited at the New York Society of Miniature Painters.
