  A Chinese Coloured Carved Ivory Pot with Flowers, 民国早期北京着色牙雕 – 象牙盆花
  Republic Period, modelled in natural form with hand coloured leaves, h 21cm 雕件高21厘米。北京牙雕，它的前身就是宮廷的造办处牙雕，到了民国时期，造办处牙雕难以为继，造办处能工巧匠们，只能走出宫门，自己开作坊，所以此器的前身，就是造办处的宫廷牙雕，它取料很厚实，是以亚洲象牙尖取料，线条简练，力度很大，刀工精细流畅，毫无滞涩之感，叶片，花卉、盆器，无不细腻逼真，细的地方细如毫发。雕好以后，再加彩，颜色艳丽，但是又显得古拙。参考: 上海拍卖行有限公司2010年12月26日 古董专场第 1042号拍品。
