  circular shape raised on conforming spreading foot, the everted rim with foliate piercing and acanthus scroll rim, the shallow bowl engraved with ribbon and floral swags, the hinged handle with fretwork piercing. Chester 1908 by S. Blanckensee & Sons Ltd. Weight 450gms. Diameter 250.
