Lot Description:S ** - 1862 (SG.3) 12c blue strip
each overprinted "SPECIMEN" (type HK.3). Unmounted mint with the characteristic streaky gum of the early De La Rue issues. A few blunt perfs hardly detract from its superb appearance, near perfect centring, freshness and vivid colour. (3) -
