  headed "From Army Schoolmr John K. S Bass" and countersigned by the Officer commanding the 68th Lt Infantry. Franked at the 1d soldiers concession rate by a 1d red and backstamped upon arrival in New South Wales. A very unusual destination for a soldiers letter from England. Attractive with minor faults.
