1d King George V Fullface framed by Lyrebird tail and gum leaves, surmounted by the royal crown and with AUSTRALIA contained in a boomerang-shaped frame; printed design (96 x 123mm) in black on thick artboard (228 x 285mm) with a stamp-size photographic reproduction in black affixed below [BW:E121G]; signed "Haereo" (Luke's nom de plume) at right. Also affixed at the base are six additional stamp-size "Pigmented Gum-Bichromate prints", these essays (each unique) depict the artwork with blank value squares at the top and blank value tablet at base.
