WW1: “With The British Army On The Western Front - A Series of Twelve Artist’s Proofs by F
atania”. [London, 1916], group of 9 of the photogravure prints, each 55x39cm and signed by the artist lower right. Original folder soiled, though prints in excellent condition, ready to be framed. At the outbreak of the First World War, Matania became a war artist and was acclaimed for his graphic and realistic images of trench warfare.
