    A Japanese Ivory Okimonon Of A Farmer*
    Late Meiji Period (1868-1912), Signed. Carved in the traditional manner, the farmer holds some rice sheathes in his hand with chickens pecking at his feet, inset plaque to base, together with a timber plinth, the ivory 21.5cm high.
