  Early 19th Century. The cabinet styled box with compressed pagoda lid opening to reveal a mirrored compartment, below a faux pair of doors open as one to reveal a further trompe-l'oeil library of books which reveal a series of four drawers each fitted with compartments pertaining to needlework, correspondence and grooming, 26cm wide.
