  A 19thC. Rivière Necklace and Earrings Set With Amethysts
  The line of oval articulated links graduated from the centre each set with an oval cut amethyst as is the clasp. The 5 mid-section links enhanced with scroll work and the centre link fitted with a hanger wire. Matching earrings of later date. Yellow gold, tests as 9ct washed with gold of a higher carat.
