Lot Description:SCARCE DANISH JARMANN MOD 1883 B/A SERVICE RIFLE
10.15x61; 5 shot; 26" rnd barrel with oct knox form; g. bore; iron sights graduated to 500 mts; tube mag with cut off; knox form & action rail marked CROWN over C 1883; one pc stock with one band, straight butt with steel butt plate; all parts numbered & matching; vgwo & cond. This v. early repeating rifle, pre dates Lebel & Kropatschek & there is very little reference; wood, barrel & front sight modified. -
