  20G; 5 shot; 27" rnd barrel; f to g bore; barrel marked COLTS PT 1856 & address COL COLT HARTFORD CT USA; COLTS PATENT NOV 24TH 1857 to lhs of frame; sharp profiles & clear markings to barrel & action; 65-70% orig blue finish remains to barrel turning plum in parts; 80% blue to frame; soft brown patina to cylinder & t/guard; vg stock with minor bruises with German silver forend cap & barrel key escutcheon; all complete except r.rod; gwo & vg+ plus cond. 1st year of production.
