Lot Description:1847 French infantry percussion rifle M.1842T
good example in original condition, lock plate stamped "M.RE Inp. Ale De Mutzig". Ram barrel stamped 1847 with smooth ball in 18mm calibre, iron front sight. Walnut, with iron percussion lock, trigger guard & butt cap. Length 142cm. -
