  An ivory and 15ct. gold conductor’s baton
  the gold mounts by Hamilton & Co., Calcutta, Delhi and Simla, engraved with a presentation inscription to A. Hanson ‘From H.’, along with a coat of arms above a banderol with Hindi inscription; an accompanying note attributes the ‘appreciation’ to be from the Maharajah of Hyderabad. Length 270, in original fitted leather case with maker’s stamp.
