  Australian pressing, David Geffen Company, 1992, signed on the cover in black felt pen by Kurt Cobain, David Grohl and Chris Novoselic; and a copy of a photograph of Cobain taken by Richard Simpkin during Nirvana's 1992 Australian tour
• Notes:
  This is possibly the only Australian copy of Hormoaning ever signed by Nirvana. The CD was released on 5 February 1992 and played their final gig in Australia on 7 February.
