Lot Description:A Louis XV style boulle mantel clock by Maple of Paris, 1880
with a pagoda top surmounted by the gilded figure of Father Time, an embossed dial with Roman enamel cartouches and trimmed with cast vegetal mounts, scrolling feet and a winged mask trophy motif, with 8 day gong strike, marked 'Maple and Co Paris Ltd' to mechanism
78cm high, 32cm wide, 17cm deep -
Notes:Condition: Appears to be complete. Without key or pendulum and missing suspension. Not in working order. Please see Gibson's T&C's relating to condition.
