  WILLIAM NORRIE antique New Zealand timber box, late 19th century
  totara, puriri, mottled kauri, kohekohe, rewarewa, maire and others, fitted with two lift out trays adorned with original blue velvet lining.
  21cm high, 42.5cm wide, 23cm deep
• Notes:
  Norrie was one of New Zealand’s most successful box makers operating out of Shortland Street, Auckland and was awarded a medal for excellence at the Sydney International Exhibition, 1879.
