  Chantilly Porcelain Kakiemon Sauce Tureen c. 1745
  of quatrefoil shape, the cover decorated with moulded acanthus leaves, and surmounted by a floral finial, the sides of the tureen and the under-plate painted with floral sprays and insects, with brown rim, iron-red hunting horn mark to undersides (2), Cf. for comparison a similar tureen in the collection of the Chateau de Chantilly Museum, France.
