  this is a complete set of sacred Je Stones with their original string nets Su and cowrie shell money band.

• Notes:
  The Dani & Yali people have many types of Je Stones that are used for many occasions, the most important and scared Je Stones are used for gifting to other clans at the funeral ceremonies of important chiefly persons. This set I acquired after the funeral ceremony of an important Dani Chief where they had been exchanged with other clans. The photo in the village is of a similar set of sacred Je Stones that were acquired on the same day. Thousands of people came to this funeral event & I arrived a few days after when the guests for far were still feasting, I was allowed to visit & stay with them in a very generous & kind manner.
