Lot Description:Monopoly and Totopoly
Rare WWII Australian issue which has no die, these being substituted with a spinner due to wartime shortages. Also the houses and hotels are the same size and the colour is reversed, hotels being green. There are no traditional tokens, these being replaced with painted wood. Board and equipment is in very good lightly played with condition, while the brown paper covered box shows much storage wear plus split corners. Also included is a possibly pre-war Australian issued game of Totopoly. This early version has the die-cut horses mounted on wooden stands and there is no game board. Instead there are two rolled, large, linen backed playing areas. In good, played with condition, box very distressed. (Rm7) -
