  A Fine Old Dayak Medicine Box, Borneo Island, Indonesia, Early to Mid-20th Century
  This fine box constructed from bamboo and bent tree bark and with two finely carved ancestor figures decorating the outside. The box was used by traditional healers or shamans that use botanicals and spiritual practices to heal all varieties of ailments.
