  between Joseph Myers of Preston in Lancashire, John Myers, Thomas Leeming and Thomas Myers for the purchase of a portion of the property they inherited from the estate of Richard Myers; signed and sealed with intact tax stamp; also, a 1856 Lease for a house in Bedford Street, Covent Garden, London signed by both parties, Francis, Duke of Bedford and John Cornish (Hassock and Doormat maker), with seals and 12 shillings in tax stamps.
