With original 1967 letter from Josephine Reid, Greene’s secretary, in which she writes “Mr Graham Green.....had suppressed two novels, THE NAME OF ACTION and RUMOUR AT NIGHTFALL, his second and third books because they were not good enough to keep in print.....”
