  Mid 19th C French Oak Gothic Revival Armchair
  Design attributed to Jeanselme Freres. Rectangular padded back with ogival trefoil arch, flanked by pierced trefoils. Carved arms with arch supports, the legs joined by pierced gothic apron.

  H. Blairman & Sons. Nearly Identical example in N.Y. Met Collection. Their example stamped 'Jeanselme' a mark used between 1840-1853; Estate Late John Schaeffer.
