  Of openwork foliate design, centring a cabochon amethyst and seed pearl cluster, the scrolls and flowerheads highlighted with seed pearls, rose cut diamonds and circular cut rubies, suspending a heart shaped amethyst drop with ribbon detail, mounted in 15ct gold, some seed pearls deficient, approximately 58mm x 33mm.
