    A pair of square-corner 'flower and bird' hardwood display cabinets Liang'ge gui, 20th century
    the upper display shelf of each framed by pierced scrolling dragons around the top and sides, and with a gallery carved with foliate scrolls below, all above the pair of doors each with two recessed panels, the upper panels carved in relief with medallions enclosing a pair of song birds perched on prunus branches, the lower panels carved with pairs of phoenix in flight above flowering peony and rockwork, the doors opening to reveal a shelf above two rectangular drawers, the separate stand with shaped apron joined to short cabriole legs, baitong lock fittings and drawer pulls (2)
