  brass cased in gimbal mount, mounted in triple layer deck case, silvered dial with Roman numerals, minute indicators, subsidiary eight-day reserve power dial along with a subs-seconds dial. The case contained in an outer deck box with latched hinged cover and securing leather strap, the case engraved 'U.S. Navy, No. 537'. Watch diameter 75.
