including a pass for "eight aboriginals & children to Garden Palace"; a request from the Colonial Secretary's Office for "an order for the admission of 150 orphan children...", together with the reply advising that "Sir Henry Parkes has issued cards for the admission of the children of the Randwick Asylum"; correspondence regarding "the free admission of the Teachers and Scholars of the Pyrmont Certified Denominational Roman Catholic School"; together with reports incl. Report from the NSW Agent General advising that the Queen graciously received the first Gold, Silver and Bronze medals struck for the Exhibition and a List of the British, German & Belgian artworks sent for display at the Exhibition.[23 items; some multiple pages]. -
