    SPEEDWAY: A large group of 1970s signed National and International Motorcycle Speedway jackets and photographs
    collected in the period by New Zealander Jack Ryder. Many jackets and signatures within this extensive collection were secured at Speedway World Championship events from International riders including: NEW ZEALAND jackets #1 signed and inscribed 'Best Wishes Wally, Ivan Mauger' c1970 (6 time world champion) other jackets include #2 signed and inscribed by Bruce Subritzky c1972, #4 Grith c1972, #5 signed indistinctly but likely Ronnie Moore; USA jackets include #1 Bruno Herdley (world champion 1981), #1 Mike Bast (captain's jacket) c1970s and signed by 6 other team mates Mike Konle/De Wayne Keeper/Sonny Nutter/Bill Cody/Steve Bast; AUSTRALIAN jackets #1 signed G. Aire (white kangaroo captain's jacket) #2 signed Bert Kingston (red Kangaroo test captain's jacket) c1971; DUTCH jacket #1 signed by Henry Kuran; ENGLAND jackets #1 signed by team '1975-77', #1 signed Ray Wilson (yellow lion English County captain) 1970, signed Jim McMillan (Glasgow Tigers Scots Champion), signed Nigel Bancock (Black bee English County) 1971; JAPANESE jacket signed by J. Ogong; POLISH jacket signed by Antoni (3rd placed finalist '66 & '70); SCOTISH jacket #6 signed and inscribed by George Hunter c1964. Other national jackets include Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Holland with most signed together with English county jackets from R. Henley, Bob Andrews, Colin Tucker and Tom Sweetman. Accompanying this group is a collection of approximately 30 B/W photographs (15 signed) with most featuring the vendor with riders and 3 full team signed portraits from the 1972/1973 season of the USA and English teams.
