    irst edition: rare. A separate and partly reset printing of Fitton’s appendix to King’s Narrative. It includes a frontispiece “Chart of the Inter-tropical and West Coasts of Australia by P.P. King, 1818 – 1822”, a sketch map and three other plates, all of which were published in King’s book. This copy, from the (London) Geological Society Library has a particularly apt provenance, presumably an author’s presentation. Clancy, 9.6; Ferguson, 1071; Perry and Prescott, 1826.09; Wantrup, 85.
