A Victorian 15ct. gold (tested) and amethyst set brooch
of circular fluted cushion shape with scalloped edge, the centre with a circular well, an amethyst in rub-over mount pinned to the centre and framed by a circle of 10 further faceted amethysts in rub-over mounts; the reverse with a glazed panel with a lock of hair.
