Lot Description:A Chinese porcelain painted tile, Republican period (1912-1949)
attributed to Wang Dacang, painted with figures in a mountainous landscape, in fencai enamels, onestudio seal of the artist; Wooden frame.

Provenance:A Queensland private collection, purchased in 1997 from the Walter and Shirley Williamson Collection. The family originated in Scotland and started up a ship building and fitting concern in Hong Kong in the late 1880's.
