    A George IV silver pair-cased pocket watch
    fusée chain movement, the back plate engraved Wm. Spratt, St. Field, the white enamel dial with Roman numerals, chip to edge, no hands, not working, both cases hallmarked Birmingham 1823, maker’s mark ‘J*W’ unidentified ‘ but a similar mark registered November 1821 by John Wells, Case Maker, Spoon Street, Coventry’.
