Rebound with raised bands, spines in six panels, with gilt rules and titles; marbled endpapers, with pocket to rear pastedown of Vol.Two for maps and panoramas. Complete with two photogravure frontispieces, four double page photographic plates, two hundred and seventy-one single page photographic plates, twelve colour plates and four folding maps/panoramas (to rear pocket). -
