  A large old hand knotted Persian Heriz hunting carpet
  the field with a large central medallion and four corner designs - decorated with birds, animals and trailing leaves and flowers, seven border guards, the central wide guard decorated with exotic birds, flowers and leaves in colours of rich red, dark and light blue, dark and light green, brown, pale turquoise, aubergine, mustard and rose pink on an old ivory ground. Width 3500, length 4500.
