  plus under-inked strikes of the rounded-boxed 'INSUFFICIENTLY/STAMPED' & Anglo-French Convention postage due h/s both also applied at Sydney, light French mailboat cds in red, 'LYON' arrival b/s & superb '30' (decimes) h/s.
