  A c.1900 German lithographically printed tin covered glass flask
  the front with applied armorial for the 83rd Wertenburg Regiment and 'Parole Heimata', nickel frame and screw top with goat and figured finial, the reverse with decorative panel with domed section to hold cigarettes, revealing an image of a romantic military gent and his companion, a further sprung hinged compartment for matches. Original cord suspension in red, white and black with tassels. Original cork to top. 120 x 220 x 45.
