  • Provenance:
    Arnold Lionel Haskell (1903-1980), London/Bath U.K. He gave this sculpture as a present to his friend Roma Fairley (mother of the vendor) in the 1960's.
  • Notes:
    Arnold Haskell was a noted British dance critic and headmaster at the Royal Ballet School. He visited Australia in 1936 and in 1938. The study is believed to be an un-recorded work by the artist.
