  A 19thC 18ct. picture enamelled and diamond set lady’s open face pocket watch
  of larger size, the back with a finely painted and enamelled scene of mother and child, the scrolling gilt and deep blue enamelled border highlighted with forty-eight old mine cut diamonds as sixteen groups of three, floral design, the plain white enamel dial with Roman numerals, the key wind movement in working order, both back covers of 18K yellow gold. Total weight 34gms. Diameter 38.
