Lot Description:A large Lawrence Ewing New Zealand studio pottery lidded vessel
tall wide ovoid form with sculpted captured rope ring handles, the flared rim with dome topped lid with compressed ball finial, speckled pale grey glaze to the lid and shoulders over the green/dark brown ground, impressed potter’s mark to base, c.1980s, kiln kiss to shoulder. Height 550, diameter 455. -
