Description:DONINGTON AUCTIONS' INTRODUCTION:
This auction features Richard ‘The Autograph Hunter’s’ fabulous collection of over 300 lots of autographed memorabilia. Many of these consist of signed photos which took years to secure, often requiring Richard to use his contacts in the entertainment industry, persistence and charm to procure many of these hard to get signatures. Some were even secured outside stage doors around the globe.
In this collection you will find autographed memorabilia from actors from such hits as Star Wars, Monty Python, James Bond and even film and TV cowboys from the golden period of the 1950s onwards. There is a large array of favourite Australian, English and American actors including names like, Barry Humphries, Eric Bana, Roger Moore, Desmond Llewelyn and even heart throbs like Brigitte Bardot and Sophia Loren. One of the highlights is the Alec Guinness signature, as he was known for rarely signing any images of his character Obi-Wan Kenobi, preferring to be known for his work as a English theatre actor.
Additionally, this auction features a number of music collectables and memorabilia, including autographed records, cds, and photos from bands and artists such as Midnight Oil, Crowded House, Leo Sayer, Joe Cocker and many more.

This is a timed online auction with Lot 1 closing at 12.17Pm on Sunday 19th March 2023, and subsequent lots at 1 minute intervals, with the last lot concluding at 6pm.
