Description:The auction will be live-streamed (with only the auctioneer and staff in the room), but enabling people to watch the auction and bidders to participate via telephone, absentee or computer.
The live-streamed auction will be through Invaluable, and Amanda Addams Auctions will be absorbing Invaluable's online bidding fee. This means that only the buyer's premium of 22% is payable on top of the hammer price.
Viewing is strictly by appointment (with a maximum of 10 people in the rooms) during the hours listed below, so please contact David on 0419578184 or email him at valuations@bigpond.com to arrange a time to attend the viewing. Please also note that lots 261 to 345 can be viewed at 75A Tuckers Road, Bentleigh.
