    Two Russian Imperial porcelain dinner plates
    from the Farm Palace Banquet Service, Imperial Porcelain Manufactory St. Petersburg, reign of Alexander III (1892). Of a circular form with gilt and white scrolls to a lavender ground, the center with the cipher of Tsar aII surmounted by a crown for Grand Duke Alexander Nikolaevich, (the future Emperor Alexander II) both with green Imperial cypher for Alexander III Scattered minor loss/rubbing to enamel and gilt. Old Christies lot number to back. No chips, cracks, or repairs measure 22.2cm dia each (2)
