    Japanese Army officers sword Koa Isshin Mantetsu
    WW11 signed to hilt and date Spring 1942 (Showa period) to hilt see images,with Rayskin grip in metal scabbard with bronze Tsuba and fittings blade has no nicks, cracks or rust.
    blade measures 110cm L
  • Notes:
    The Mantetsu Company otherwise called the South Manchuria Railway Company) began at the Dairen Manchurian Railroad Factory in September 1937 specifically for sword production they are amongst the best blades that Japan has produced.With valuation from Lawsons 1999 for $1700 and accompanying paperwork
