A Large Carved Polychrome Seated Buddha, with a Lotus Bud Finial, Late Lanna, Northern Thailand, 13th-18th Century
a young plump round face with downcast eyes, the hair arranged in rows of tight whorls, elongated curved earlobes, with hands in the earth touching gesture, the waisted throne carved as part of the whole, Burmese influence is evident.
