Lot Description:A lady's 14ct gold, enamel and diamond-set open-faced lapel watch no 52678 Swiss circa 1910
Gilt cylinder movement, white enamel dial with Arabic numerals and gilt chapter ring, scroll hands, circular case chased with scrollwork enclosing polychrome enamel iris and foliage enhanced with rose diamonds, completed by a gem-set gold brooch in the form of a knot, diameter 24mm, overall length approximately 83mm. -
